At last, a scenic snow for railways that does not need an adhesive!

For scenic static work, just water can be used as an adhesive when groundcover is required. The water can be applied first, or after to water the snow powder into ground materials like leaves, grasses and so-on. This is really useful for scale model railway use, particularly as any overspray will not be full of an adhesive, which would play havoc with turnouts, contacts and track conductivity. Water will just evaporate leaving no electrical contact interfering residues. After sieving onto surfaces, the snow powder can be watered in by spray. Or, apply a mist of water and then apply the snow powder by sieve. Experimentation is the key, but it will be possible to add controlled see-through natural effects gradually and realistically with full control.
