These may be used by our agents, distributors and re-sellers and those involved with the marketing and promotion of Precision Ice and Snow globally. 3/ we reserve the right to publish links to those images and text articles, forums pages and any publicly accessible articles, or images, or both whereby our customers, or others are displaying the use of our materials. 4/ by purchasing our products you will be aware of these terms as they are displayed on our website and are clearly marked ‘Terms and conditions’ RETURN POLICY 1)We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return. 2) For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 30 days by e-mail sales@precisioniceandsnow.com only. We will refund the return postage costs for sending the items back to us if the item is confirmed as faulty. We recommend using a proof of delivery service for your own benefit. 3) In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please notify us at sales@precisioniceandsnow.com In the unlikely event an item is received damaged, we must be informed by 12 Noon the following day after delivery to fulfill courier requirements for a claim if it has been sent by courier. Otherwise, contact us at sales@precisioniceandsnow.com Shipping times for goods over £75.00 GBP We will send free shipping goods out by courier within 5 days of receiving an order normally. However, this may be delayed slightly because of public holidays and weekends. However, shipping times will be faster than conventional mail, so there will not be a huge difference in shipping times. We cannot send out orders the same day (unless by arrangement) as we have to book the shipping service. This reduces costs for us and enables us to offer free shipping. | ||
